We do this because we recognise that every person who is pursuing a career in the police service is different and therefore has differing training needs. By coaching and training you on a one to one basis it allows for your individual training needs to be fully identified and a pin- point focus to be applied to your development.

During the course, you will explore the Assessment Centre process. At the conclusion of the one-day course you will:
- Have a clear picture of what to expect on the day of your Assessment Centre including knowledge of room layout and Assessment Centre protocols.
- Understand what the Assessment Centre assessors are looking for within your performance and how they mark and grade that performance.
- Learn how to ensure that each time you enter an assessed session within the Assessment Centre you are fully prepared
- Learn the technique of approaching all the assessed sessions using a format that will maximise your scores.
- Understand the importance of non-verbal communication.
- Discover why some candidates fail for reasons other than low grades
During the day we will explain each part of the Assessment Centre in detail. You will practise each part under Assessment Centre conditions and receive comprehensive and expert feedback on your performance. We will also give you a grade for your performances, explain how the grade was arrived at and what to do to improve that grade. All training materials together with lunch, tea/ coffee and snacks throughout are included in the cost of £349. Ours was the first company to introduce post course support. This service is free and is, in effect, a continuation of the course. We recognise that, after the course, you may have additional questions that need answering or interview examples that require further feedback. You may just need to have a chat to calm your nerves or clarify the odd point. We guarantee to support you right up to the day of your Assessment Centre.
