  1. Have you ever worked within a police recruiting team?
  2. Have you ever actually recruited a police officer?
  3. Have you ever organised or overseen a National Police Recruitment Assessment Centre?
  4. Have you ever acted as a Role Actor, Assessor, Interviewer, Quality Assuror with a National Police Recruitment Assessment Centre?
  5. Have you ever been an Interview Panel Member for In-Force interviews for police recruitment?
  6. Are your staff officially, nationally trained Police Recruitment Assessors?
  7. Are your staff trainers or teachers?
It is not sufficient that a provider has an extensive knowledge of the police service as this knowledge, although helpful, has very little to do with the selection process.
